Custom NVMe heatsink machining with a large-scale 140x70mm footprint is the ultimate thermal management solution for high-speed SSDs, preventing thermal throttling. At our precision engineering hub in Bac Ninh, Vietnam, VINACNC utilizes multi-axis CNC milling on 6000 Series aluminum profiles combined with a pure red copper base to create a hybrid cooling system. The design integrates aesthetic RGB LEDs with a circulating water channel system, maintaining optimal temperatures for high-end workstations and gaming PCs.

CNC Machining and Component Finishing Expertise at VINACNC

The fabrication of a 140x70 NVMe heatsink requires a complex combination of several mechanical techniques:

  • 6000 Series Aluminum Profile Machining: Utilizing 6061 or 6063 aluminum to mill specific T-Profile heatsink fins. 6000 Series aluminum provides superior structural strength and effective heat dissipation while allowing for precision bending and welding.

  • Pure Red Copper Base Integration: The base in direct contact with the SSD memory chips is fabricated from pure red copper. CNC machining ensures ultra-fine surface roughness and absolute flatness, facilitating instantaneous heat transfer to the liquid cooling system.

  2. Oxidation and ESD Protection: Products are wrapped in ESD bags combined with specialized VCI anti-rust paper to prevent salt-air humidity impacts during transit from Vietnam.

  3. Multi-layer Cushioning: Each heatsink is placed in shaped EVA foam trays or thick bubble wrap to eliminate vibration and prevent mechanical impact from scratching the precision CNC surfaces.

  4. International Standard Crating: Components are packed in fumigated wooden crates (ISPM 15 standard) or high-grammage reinforced cartons with secure strapping.
