Skiving Fin and Zipper Fin Technologies in CPU Cooling

  • Skiving Fin Technology: Fins are carved directly from a solid copper block using specialized machinery. The core advantage is the monolithic structure, ensuring zero thermal resistance between the fins and the base.   • Zipper Fin Technology: Copper sheets are precision-stamped and "locked" together in a zipper structure.   4. International Standard Crating: Products are packed in fumigated wooden crates (ISPM 15 standard) or high-grammage reinforced cartons with secure strapping.
