Post-Machining Product Inspection Process

2. Surface Finish Inspection: We conduct visual inspections and use specialized measuring devices to ensure the mold surface meets the requirements and is free of cracks or defects.

3. Functional Test: A trial sintering run is performed with glass to evaluate the quality of the resulting product and the mold's release properties.

Packaging and Storage Process

• Cleaning: The mold is thoroughly cleaned to remove carbon dust and other impurities.

• Careful Packaging: The product is packed in a sturdy cardboard box or a wooden crate with foam to prevent impact and chipping during transport.

• Labeling and Instructions: The packaging is clearly labeled with product information, including the product code, dimensions, and usage/storage instructions.

• Storage: We recommend storing the mold in a dry, cool environment, away from heavy impacts, to maintain its best quality.
