  • Plastic Materials: The moulds are designed to be compatible with engineering plastics with properties suitable for the electrical and electronics industries, such as PC (Polycarbonate), ABS, PC/ABS alloy, PP, PA66. Post-Machining Product Inspection Process

  2. Surface Finish Inspection: We use a surface roughness tester to ensure the mould cavity surface meets the requirements, resulting in a smooth and aesthetically pleasing plastic part.

  3. Fit and Assembly Test: The mould components (core, cavity, guide pins) are assembled to ensure there are no errors in the machining process.

  4. Mould Trial Run: We conduct a trial run on a real injection molding machine to evaluate the quality of the sample parts, optimize molding parameters, and ensure stable mould operation.

 

Packaging and Storage Process

 

  • Cleaning and Rust Prevention: The mould is thoroughly cleaned with a specialized solvent and coated with a layer of anti-rust oil to protect its precision surfaces.

  • Secure Packaging: The mould is carefully packed in a custom wooden crate with foam or shock-absorbing materials to prevent damage during transport.

  • Information Labeling: The packaging is clearly labeled with the product code, weight, dimensions, and handling instructions.
