Post-Machining Inspection Process:

1. Mold Inspection: CMM verification of mold components, mold trials (T1).

2. Part Inspection: First Article Inspection Reports (FAIR), in-process statistical process control (SPC), color matching with a spectrophotometer, and final dimensional/visual inspection of the plastic parts.
