Post-Machining Product Inspection Process

  3. Fit and Assembly Test: The mould components (core, cavity, guide pins) are assembled to ensure there are no errors in the machining process.

  4. Mould Trial Run: We conduct a trial run on a real injection molding machine to evaluate the quality of the sample parts, optimize molding parameters, and ensure stable mould operation.

Packaging and Storage Process

  • Cleaning and Rust Prevention: The mould is thoroughly cleaned with a specialized solvent and coated with a layer of anti-rust oil to protect its precision surfaces.
